Chromosomes are just a completely enthralling idea for me as an artist. I am forever amazed to think that all life passes through a stage at which it is  a collection  colorful bodies.

Working on a small piece now, that is somewhat of another experiment. Stepping out into some new forms and new colors.

Its an attempt to sure up the vocabulary of my drawings, the symbols and their uses. I have returned to familiar source of inspiration, looking at cellular and microbial structures and processes. This piece works in a few forms modeled on chromosomes. Amid the vein like cellular flow of blues and purples. A flashing yellow orange chromosome courses along.

Moving in the streams, a good place for painting to be today.
